T&C PAYMENTS With the group bookings HA require a 50% deposit of the bookings made person one month before the event to finalise the booking. This will be non-refundable if the booking is cancelled in whole or in part less than 14 days before the event Courses of Treatments Courses of treatments are valid for 6 months only from the date of purchase. If a client misses an appointment for any reason without notifying the therapist, or do not cancel and / or give 24 hours notice, the treatment will be considered as a used session. After 6 months, the course will expire even if the sessions have not been used. No refunds are made to the courses if cancelled or not attended for any reasons. Payments We accept all major credit cards except American Express. We do not provide any credit facilities to clients. HA require 50% deposit on the day the bookings are made. The rest of the payment must be made on the day of the treatment. The deposit will be non refundable if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours. Group bookings - the deposit will be non refundable if the booking is cancelled in whole or in part less than 14 days before the event. All payments for courses and products must be made on the day of the purchase in full amount. Gift Vouchers - They are valid for 6 months only from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash or purchase of products.
